**Office based, Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct precise and efficient audio typing tasks, transcribing a variety of documents from audio recordings.
- Review and edit transcriptions for accuracy, grammar, and formatting.
- Manage administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of office records and documentation.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling.

**Requirements**:

- Essential: Demonstrated experience in audio typing or transcription.
- Proficiency in typing and word processing software.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
