Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. As receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and it is crucial they feel welcomed from the off.

**Duties**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently
- Manage reservations and provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Skills**:

- Phone etiquette
- Hospitality experience
- Strong guest services orientation

This position offers the opportunity to work in a very busy, friendly hotel, interact with our guests, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
