**What you'll do**:
**You will be working on a 08:00-16:00 5 in 7**
**fixed shift basis (although currently Mon - Fri).**
This role includes tracking discrepancies against eComm POs ensuring all short received stock is receipted onto our Warehouse Management System. Be the focal point for all e-Comm PO discrepancies received at our 3PL sites. Manage the eComm PO discrepancies and deal with any associated issues that arise. Support the 3PL iForce Outbound and Inbound operations ensuring all daily tasks are completed.
**Day-to-day**
Ensure all POs identified as receiving stock short are completed closed on Extranet within 60 hours of delivery date.
Monitor and update the e-Comm tab on the whiteboard with the latest booking schedule.
Facilitate weekly meetings with GXO e-Comm team to identify and resolve any issues identified.
Work closely with Suppliers and Supply Chain to track e-Comm deliveries and address any delays.
Monitor the Studio Data report to identify any gaps in the booking schedule and transfer these to the whiteboard.
Work with Supply Chain to request additional POs for stock received not manifested.
Support the 3PL team in other roles.
**What you'll bring**:
**Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.**
Proven work experience of Container bookings or similar role.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Working knowledge of inventory management software.
Working knowledge of eComm procedures.
Excellent computer literacy including Gmail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
Able to make rational decisions on job specific role.
Understands the importance of team working and supporting others.
