Qualifications:

- Multilingual skills, with proficiency in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual ability is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and inventory management
