Swimming Instructor

Under the Sea Swim School Ltd is on the lookout for enthusiastic instructors to join our team.

The ideal applicants would be highly motivated, reliable, & professional with the ability to build up a trusting relationship with our swimmers. We are looking for someone willing to go that extra mile to encourage and motivate our swimmers to achieve their full potential.

**Key tasks to include**:

- Delivery of planned swimming lessons to children age 3+.
- Create a positive and fun environment to enable our swimmer’s progression through our Duckling and Dolphin swim stages.
- Continually assess the ability of all swimmers, giving regular and accurate feedback.
- Make sure all health and safety standards are adhered to during each lesson.

**Essential criteria**:

- ASA/Swim England/ STA Level 1

**Desirable criteria**:

- ASA/Swim England Level 2
- STA Level 2 Award/Certificate
- Level 2 Baby and Pre-School
