At **Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport** we are looking for exceptional people to provide outstanding service to our guests and who put our people at the heart of everything we do.

The position of** Reservations Agent (Seasonal Fixed Term Contract) **has become available at Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport. Reporting to the Reservations Manager you will be responsible for handling reservations for bedrooms, groups and meetings.

**This role is 16 hours per week, working 4 out of 7 days, including some weekends. The hours will either be 10:00-14:30 or 16:00-20:30 depending on the rota, which will be issued fortnightly. Additional hours and holiday cover may also be available. This is a Fixed Term Contract from March to October 2023**

**The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service and have strong administration and computer skills with a good telephone manner.** Have a positive and confident ‘can do' attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care and have a great command of the English language. You will be a team player and be a good problem solver.

- A great personality and is genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive.
- Good proven organisation, communication and planning skills gained through previous experience.

**Where You Will Be Working**

This hotel, which opened March 2020, is located at Inverness Airport. Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport offers accommodation with a restaurant, private parking and a fitness centre. Courtyard by Marriott Inverness Airport is managed by Lighthouse Hotel Management, which is the operational arm of the Molo Hotel Group.
