**Responsibilities**:
**Logistics Shipping Clerk**:
1. Ensure successful delivery of shipped parcels by managing Proof of Delivery (POD) processes.

2. Engage directly with clients and suppliers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.

3. Optimize shipment processes to maximize company contributions while maintaining service levels and minimizing costs.

4. Regularly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practices and competitive pricing.

**Warehouse Duties**:
1. Oversee the movement of freight within one of the company's three warehouses.

2. Manage documentation related to product distribution, ensuring accurate system maintenance and information storage.

3. Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to uphold efficient distribution and storage processes.

4. Assist with warehouse tasks, including lifting when required.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

2. Previous experience is not required; full training will be provided, including BIFA International Training courses.

4. Educational background: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
