Due to expansion of service we are currently recruiting 20 community care workers for our Belfast branch to cover all areas.
We can offer all our staff

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Morning rota is from 07:00 - 14:30, Afternoon rota is from 15:00 - 18:30 and Put to bed/evening rota is from 19:00 - 23:00
We also have overnight rotas from 23:00 - 07:00
No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided
**ESSENTIAL**
- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in
**DESIRABLE**
QCF level 3 in H & SC
