A leading property management firm are looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic and can-do individual to join their marketing team working from home and from their London office in W1.
This is an important and exciting role created to help ensure consistently high-quality marketing and communications, both internally and externally.
You will have the ability to build strong relationships with key contacts both internally and externally, be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, using your own initiative andable to prioritise efficiently.
Your role will mean that, working with your team, you are responsible for the design, production, management and assessment of documents and marketing collateral.
Core Duties & Responsibilities:

- Working with Senior Designer and Head of Branding, Marketing & Communications to ensure that the documents and presentations produced are on brand as well as work on sales materials that may be beneficial.
- Adhering to the 12 month marketing plan.
- Supporting across branding, marketing and communications projects.
- Understanding the brand positioning and toolkit in order to create and produce material that is ‘on brand’.
- Gathering content from across the business for marketing and comms purposes.
- Ensuring documents and materials produced by other parts of the business and suppliers are on brand and on-message.
- Briefing external agencies for the production of key collateral when required.
- Costing and sourcing key pieces of collateral and merchandise using external resources.
- Working with the digital marketing producer to deliver across all channels (including website and social media) and to schedule/execute campaigns.
- Event support.
- Client Mailshots.
- Management of the CRM Database with the rest of the marketing team.
- Admin support to facilitate better processes and organisation for the team to better manage workload and expectations from the business.
- Ownership of projects.
- Organising photo-shoots and video-shoots.
- Source photography and video from stock libraries and the media library.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
- Good project management skills from start to finish.
- Creativity & Curiosity.
- Good organisational skills.
- InDesign, Photoshop advantageous but not essential (willingness to learn).
- Excellent attention to detail & proofreading skills.
- Prior CRM database knowledge would be useful.
- Minimum 2 years work experience.
