Confectionery Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Confectionery Assistant to join our team.

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation and adhire to food safety practices
- Support the bakery staff in various tasks
- Help with food preparation and decorating
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with inventory management and stock control

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and decorating skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
