Responsibilities:

- Receipt of all tender documentation
- Preparation of estimate letter and tender summary
- Drawing control and management
- Prepare all project progress reports
- Prepare and issue site start-up packs
- Prepare project Health and Safety Starter, and testing inspection packs
- Typing of all test results etc.
- Compilation of the Monthly safety reports
- Manage the 0+M manual production
- Prepare project productivity reports
- Typing of all orders and pre order minutes
- General day to day administration for Projects and Estimation
- Manage the internal plant register and staff equipment list

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
