Steel Fabricator

Roberts & Prowse are industry leaders in their field and offer a great working environment for their employees. We have two facilities based in Swindon and Bedwas with extremely experienced and versatile fabrication workshops. Due to continual growth, we have a vacancy for a time served Fabricator at our Bedwas facility. The role will be primarily situated at our workshop but travelling to various sites will be required.

**The successful applicant must be:

- **
- Reliable, accurate, hardworking and flexible.
- Time served / Qualified to NVQ level 3 in Plate work Fabrication or equivalent.
- Experienced working with Structural steel.
- Experienced working with Carbon Steel, and Stainless Steel.
- Understanding of Health & Safety at work
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Able to work to a high quality standard
- Able/willing to provide a Basic Disclosure Certificate

**The following would be an advantage:

- **
- CCSNG, IPAF, PASMA, and or other skill cards
- Fork truck license

In return you can expect an hourly rate of £17.00 You will also receive ongoing support as well as training and development to ensure you maintain the company’s high standards.
