**Description**

Key responsibilities:

- Maximise the scope of the existing LV/MV Variable Speed Drives Service portfolio to sell and deliver added value solutions to customers.
- Maintain the expertise of the organisations service team through training, personal development, workshops, documentation and knowledge sharing
- Understanding of Customer Service principles and their effect on the business.
- Integrate into the wider Country Service Team and other organisation business areas developing cross business opportunities
- To ensure compliance with Sustainability Processes, Quality Management System, Safety Procedures and Accountancy Policies.

**Profile**

**Essential**
- After a period of training, be able to work with own initiative and mínimal supervision.
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communications skills.
- Team player, willing to listen and learn, and with confidence to speak up and contribute.
- Positive work ethic.
- Able to work to multiple deadlines whilst working across several tasks.
- 'Customer first' attitude.
- Work keeping to organisational Code of Conduct & Integrity guidelines.

**Desirable**
- Commercial acumen, understanding costs, sell pricing and margins.
- Experience using CRM (SalesForce ideally)
- Engineering background/degree.
