Frazer Jones is now representing a well-known publishing firm based in the heart of central London. We are now seeking a Reward Specialist/manager with excellent stakeholder management skills to join the team on a maternity cover for 12-16months. This maternitycover will encompass compensation and benefit processes, this includes a roll out of a new benefits in April, salary benchmarking and annual salary process. The role reports into a HR Director as well as a dotted line to the Head of Reward. You will be advisingand speaking to managers on a frequent basis, picking up analytics and collaborating with the wider HR team.

Role is hybrid working 2 days in the office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact in delivering the UK Reward function, providing guidance on reward policies and practices (including managing benchmarking in the UK) and identify improvement opportunities.
- Be the first to undertake compensation and benefit responsibilities from the global Compensation and Benefits team, leading the UK HR team in the core cyclical reward activities (annual salary and bonus review process) including financial modelling andanalysis
- Work closely with the Global HR Systems team, the implementation and ongoing management of Oracle HR, shifting to Workday, and introduction of a new benefits platform (Benefex)
- Oversee the annual benefits renewals process including cooperation with brokers.
- Responsible for director remuneration - year end reporting and annual report preparation
- Full line management responsibility of the Senior HR Coordinator (specialist Reward)

**Skills**:

- Previous experience in Compensation and Benefits
- Experience of creating and implementing Compensation and Benefits Policies, and managing the change process for these policies
- Excellent knowledge of Flexible Benefits implementation and management essential
- Experience of working with benefit platforms
- Demonstrable experience of creating and maintaining external supplier relationships, as well as the renewal process for these suppliers
- Experience in benchmarking roles using WTW, Hay Methodology and/or Korn Ferry
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
