**Salary**: £9,900 - pro rata

Hours: 17.5 hours _- _Monday to Friday - hours/days to be discussed at interview - some flexible work may be required

Responsible to: CareLink Health & Wellbeing Coordinator

Purpose of the role:

- Actively increasing and maintaining engagement of clients and volunteers in the Carelink Service, with particular focus on digital inclusion.

Summary of Duties:

- Identifying and implementing measures to increase engagement
- Equipping clients to safely explore the potential of the online world and the life enhancements this can bring
- Identifying clients and volunteers to engage with proposed activities
- A commitment to professional customer service and the clients and volunteers wellbeing

These will take place on the 8 and 15 March between 9.00am and 2.00pm. They will be at our offices in Bemersley House, Gitana Street, Hanley, ST1 1DY

Contract length: 18 months
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week

**Salary**: £9,900.00 per year
