**Job Title: Bookeeper**

**Location: Sible Hedingham, CO9**

**Responsible to: Finance Manager**

**Hours: 37.5 hours (full-time) - Office Based**

**Salary: £24k - 27k (DOE)**

We are seeking a team player with accounts experience to join our Finance Department as a Bookkeeper / Administrator.

**Duties will include**:

- Maintenance of financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
- Assisting with monthly sales invoice production and allocation of receipts.
- Completing quarterly VAT returns.
- Monthly business card analysis for allocation.
- Take a proactive role in managing and collecting the debts of clients’ customers, where necessary.
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities and provide administrative support to other team members where necessary.

**Experience / skills required**:

- Experience of office administration and accounting duties.
- Good systems skills including Sage and ideally Xero and Excel.
- Team player with excellent service levels and skills.
