**The Role**

This is a not to be missed opportunity for you as an IFA administrator as an IFA administrator you will deal with a number of administrative tasks and assist independent financial advisers to deliver effective communication, organisation and timekeepingthese are crucial for a financial business and you will be in charge of ensuring that every task is carried out as instructed, all while maintaining contact with the relevant people.

**The Business**

Our client is an independent firm with offices in both the Southwest and London they provide a top-class service to both individuals and companies on all aspects of financial planning. Our client’s business has been built on their quality, unbiased and professionalguidance. You will be helping deliver this service to their customers and helping them to achieve their financial goals, by formulating coherent, long-term strategies which are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis.

**A Typical Day**:

- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Updating Client files on the back-office system
- Proof reading and sending Suitability Reports to clients
- Liaising with Clients and Providers
- Co-ordinatingworkflow
- Sending Letters of Agreement

**What You Need**
- You will ideally have 2 years prior experience working as an Administrator in the Financial Services industry or similar with a basic technical knowledge and relevant qualification and be able to pick up technical information with ease, ideally with a goodgeneral understanding of both pensions and investments. In return, you will have the opportunity to join and small friendly team and be given support to progress a career within financial services.
