**Site Operative (Demolition Groundworks)**

**Based in CV37 most of our jobs are across the country Bristol, Surrey, Reading, Oxford so must we willing to travel.**

**Experience is required 2 years minimum.**
- Undertake general civil/groundwork's and other general fieldwork
- Performance of specific civil/groundwork and other fieldwork tasks under the supervision of foreman or project manager.
- Record all documentation necessary including timely completion of expenses and weekly time sheets (with help of business support if necessary).
- Must follow Health & Safety policy and procedures.

It is expected that you will:

- Have suitable experience and trade skills in groundwork
- Where appropriate, possess the relevant operating licenses for machinery such as excavator and dumper Certificates and documentation for existing skills is required.
- Identify, analyse and interpret problems effectively and contribute to an appropriate action for their solution based on sound judgement.
- Organise, plan ahead, prioritise and schedule tasks effectively.

**Salary**: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
