**Groundworkers** for a large housing project in **Newtownards**

required to carry out general construction operations including:

- groundworks
- pipe laying
- kerbing
- paving
- Flagging

ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge of general construction operations, including pipe laying, kerbing, paving, ground works, deep drainage etc.
- Ability to operate hand/power tools safely
- Knowledge of workplace safety and welfare
- CSR Card holder

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
