**The main objectives will be to be the welcoming individual for any guests that enter our client’s premises and ensure that stock and cleaning within the specific area is maintained in a timely and effective manner.**

**Main Duties**
- Ensuring consumables are well stocked in the toilets throughout the working day.
- Emptying / Filling dishwashers to ensure area is organised and tidy for all to use.
- Ensuring photocopiers and printers are always stocked.
- Stock management for cleaning supplies, through collaboration with your peers on the site.
- Reception cover, as and when required to help and support contractors and visitors.
- Portering Duties, ensuring Meeting Rooms are set up as required throughout the day.
- Car park management - issuing and managing parking permits.
- Directing / Escorting visitors as and when required.
- Escorting Contractors and guests around the site in a professional and courteous manner.
- Be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of your designated area and for maintaining high and consistent standards, this includes:

- _Vacuuming_
- _Dusting_
- _Mopping_
- _Scrubbing_
- _Buffing_
- _Disposing of waste_
- Take initiative to perform cleaning and tidying tasks that are not specifically contained within the rota but require attention as part of maintaining overall high standards.
- Ensure Health & Safety, quality and general procedure compliance
- Work as part of a team and support other members of the cleaning team to meet standards and clients objectives
- Report any Health and Safety issues to the Regional Operations Manager.

- Willingness to clean any area of the site as requested by the supervisor.
- Willingness to take personal responsibility for standard of work carried out.
- Willingness to participate in further training and development opportunities offered by the company, to further knowledge
- Willingness to maintain confidentiality on all site matters
- Will need to be able to manage some heavy lifting
- Work as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
