Due to continued business growth, we are now looking for a Litho Printer

**Job summary**:
As an experience press operator you will join our conventional print team, operating our niche proofing presses to create new packaging concepts and colour trials finished to a high standard, prior to mass production. You will be passionate about achieving the right result for our client and able to adapt to change in order to achieve this.

**Required skills/experience**:

- Communication Skills
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box to address technical issues effectively.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, effective communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to think outside the box to address technical issues effectively

**Desirable Skills/experience**:

- Experience with FMCG Packaging
- Experience of operation a proofing press
- Xrite exact experience
- Reprographics knowledge
