Marketing Assistant

**Requirements & Skills;**
- Proven working experience in hospitality or retail marketing
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and drive sales
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta business suite analytics)
- Experience managing and optimising Google ad campaigns
- Experience managing and optimising Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta ads manager
- Experience with website CMS and optimising website landing pages
- Experience planning and managing photo/video shoots
- Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all marketing campaigns, oversee the marketing assistant, and create quarterly calendars with upcoming activities
- Manage the marketing budget and allocation - identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan and execute all paid ad campaigns including Google search, Google display, and social media ads, regularly updating visuals and ads depending on active marketing campaigns
- Manage and update the website news articles, images, and restaurant menu -maintaining best practices for SEO and user optimisation
- Collaborate with external photographers/videographers to plan regular shoots for third party sites, social media, and our website
- Design all print and digital marketing flyers and posters
- Oversee the design, build and maintenance of our social media presence - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, sustaining the growth of engagement and followers
- Manage all third-party listings including OpenTable, Design My Night, Timeout, TripAdvisor, Squaremeal, Google etc.
- Communicate upcoming marketing campaigns with PR partners - seeking out paid/non-paid advertising opportunities
- Oversee regular influencer visits to restaurant
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Ensure the brand identity is maintained across all channels
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Create, develop and manage new brands that open in 2023 and after

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
