**About Authority Agency**:
Founded in early 2020 by Oliver Duffy-Lee, Authority Agency is a thought-leadership studio custom designed to help agencies stand out in a sea of sameness.

With a track record of helping over 500 agencies globally, we specialise in building the authority of small and medium sized agencies from around the world.

**Job Role**:
As a Multi-Disciplinary Creative at Authority Agency, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice and visual presence of our clients.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Contributing to creative ideas to represent our clients in new and innovative ways.
- Designing the visual identity of thought leadership material.
- Editing and producing high-quality video content.
- Creating compelling content for social media, adhering to specific brand guidelines.
- Efficiently managing and organising all digital files and assets.
- Shooting video content (preferred, but not essential).

**Required Skills**:

- Confidence in sharing their creative ideas to the team and clients.
- A strong background in graphic design, evidenced by previous work.
- Experience in editing and producing video content (retention editing specialism preferred).
- A quick grasp of brand aesthetics and the ability to design in line with brand guidelines.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively within a team.
- The capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
