We are working with a key client who are part of the global $7.2 billion publicly listed Corporation. They are a class leading supplier and highly trusted brand within the aerospace industry, manufacturing precision gear splined and threaded components for key clients including Rolls Royce, Eaton, Collins Aerospace, Safran Power Systems, Meggitt and many more. We are now recruiting 2 very experienced Deburrer to join this business.

Key skills required of the Deburrer:

- Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Deburrer
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Must have experience of producing high precision parts (metals)
- Experience in other manual disciplines such as assembly would be a distinct advantage.
- A good standard of general education with basic computer and numerical skill
- A flexible approach to the role to meet changing business demands which may include overtime attendance to suit the production plans and priorities
- Demonstrates integrity in all aspects of the role
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Flexible & able to work on own initiative but willing to work as a team to achieve the objectives of the division
- Self-motivated with a desire to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to listen to instructions and advice when provided
- Able to work to tight tolerances without scrap
- Astute attention to detail with steady hand-eye coordination

The successful Deburrer will be deburr and polish machined parts to customer requirements using various hand tools manual scrapers, oil stones, polishing paper, air operated burring tools, pillar drills fitted with various brushes and polishing mops and occasionally manual lathes.

In return my client are offering an excellent basic rate, free on site parking, overtime payable at x1.5 hourly rate, discretionary site bonus scheme etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.5 per week
