**SUPPORTED LIVING ASSISTANT**

**Enhance Living Support Services are seeking to recruit Supported Living Assistants for a challenging new service in the Lanark area. This is a venture that is being undertaken and designed specifically for the supported living of an individual. The service will be based within the grounds of Monteith House, Carstairs Junction, Lanark.**

**We require to recruit a team of very special people who understand how to support people with autism and learning disability.**

**We are looking for people who will be able to support someone and offer as many opportunities as possible in their daily life.**

**Supported Living Assistant Requirements**:

- Applicants must be 21 and over.
- Applicants must hold a full driving licence.
- Experience with autism and managing behaviours perceived as challenging would be preferred.
- Ability to work within a team environment is essential
- Flexibility in approach and attitude.
- Good interpersonal communications skills are essential.
- Ability to work within a rota pattern including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
