We are extremely excited to launch our new Neighbourhood Housing Management Model across our operating areas of Liverpool, Warrington, and St Helens. This model has been devised to enhance the way our services are delivered and to ensure we are more responsive to tenants needs through spending more time in our Torus neighbourhoods. To achieve this, we are investing significant investment and additional resources in our Neighbourhoods team with the aim of creating more manageable patch sizes and restoring the personal link between tenants and their Neighbourhood Officer.

Our Allocations and Lettings Team is focused on making sure Torus can continue to operate and achieve our goals, by allocating our homes and maintaining our compliance with regulations and Allocation Policies.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure effective administration and implementation of the allocations service within Torus. This includes checking and making decisions on eligibility for housing, making nominations and allocating homes via the Local Authority’s Allocations Policy

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Work collaboratively with teams across the Torus Group and externally to ensure that our properties are allocated in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that processes and Allocation Policies are followed, and you operate them effectively on behalf of relevant Local Authorities to assist with their responsibility for rehousing.
- Produce marketing/advertising information and ensure that it is input accurately, timely and is appropriate
- To assist with dealing with enquiries from a range of stakeholders including customers, partner organisations and internal colleagues.

**To be successful in this role you will**:
