Bank Maintenance Assistant

Westbourne Centre

We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Maintenance Assistant to join our successful, dedicated maintenance team here at The Westbourne Centre.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate current general maintenance experience and the ability to utilise mechanical engineering principles and undertake minor repairs unsupervised.

You will be required to work under pressure with the tenacity and passion required to drive success in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
- Support the Maintenance Services to undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs
- Have basic Computer skills (Particularly MS Office Package)
- Possess good Written and verbal communication skills
- Have proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Be flexible and able to adapt to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Demonstrate Customer Service skills
- Be conversant with and have a good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace
- Be within a 30 minute commutable distance/10 mile radius
- Healthcare maintenance experience
- Hold a City and Guilds qualification in relevant building services, engineering or facility services discipline or any equivalent trade skills
- Have an Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH) certificate and experience
