Enterprise Coach

To build capacity in the district to support enterprise development, boosting self-employment and sustainable business start-ups, thus creating new jobs and growth in the communities and across Bradford district.

To actively addressing the barriers experienced by start-up organisations and working with existing community organisations to add value and provide the requisite business support services.

You will provide advice and support to new entrepreneurs and existing SMEs business coaching models

You will have minimum two years’ experience of advice and guidance to new startups and existing SMEs or in a similar field.

excellent organisational and communication skills are requisite for this role.

A proven track record of giving advice and guidance in a business context.

Experience of setting up and running your own business will be useful

Knowledge of the third sector in West Yorkshire and of the issues facing Social Enterprise.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 30 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
