The Palace Hotel is a 122 bedroom-hotel that boasts the elegant Dovedale Restaurant, which offers traditional cuisine, as well as operating unique conference & banqueting facilities, popular for weddings and town events. Due to continued expansion, we are looking to recruit a Conference & Banqueting Attendant on to the team.

**As Conference & Banqueting Attendant, you will be required to**:

- Provide exceptional service to all guests in the hotel attending functions and over nights guests.
- The setting up of function rooms to a high standard also meeting guests’ expectations.
- Serving food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Cleaning down during and after functions.
- Work as part of a team.
- Work proactively to meet guests requests at the time of the event.

Due to the nature of the business some finishing times may be early in the morning once any event has finished and been cleaned down.
