**Position - **Employee Benefits Administrator (specialising in Group Risk)

**Role**:

- As a Group Risk Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration of both group risk & healthcare schemes across the corporate team. You will provide high quality pro-active administration support to the team, Managing Director & Consultants, in order to retain and expand existing client accounts and to help develop new business.

You will liaise directly with clients and insurers to process renewals, rebrokes, claims, underwriting, negotiate preferred terms and draft recommendation reports. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a reliable working attitude and a professional client focused approach.

**What’s needed to be considered?**
- Minimum 1-year previous experience within a group risk role
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Good organisational skills
- Knowledge of intelligent Office preferred, but not essential as training given
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Industry exams such as GR1 desirable

You will be provided with a competitive benefit package and CII exam support available.
The role is office based in Glasgow, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm until training is complete. We do over hybrid working if you wish, with the option to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
