**Your dream role**:
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious **Quality Systems Lead** to join our successful, international business to provide technical expertise to the organisation on the Business Management System, ensuring that the requirements of ISO9001 are met, and where possible exceeded.
Main responsibilities:
- Administer and manage company BMS (Q-Pulse)
- Develop management system.
- Prepare scorecard and other performance related reports.
- Keep abreast with Changes and developments with ISO9001.
- Advise on approaches to problem solving and assist.
- Key contributor and/or technical leader within a Project Team.
- Provide advice to organisation and departments to systemize their activities.
- Proactive in facilitating improvements of the BMS.
- Plan Internal Audit Schedule and support Internal Auditor pool.
- Chair and actively participate in BMS reviews.
- Manage calibration system.
- Host third party audits.
- Manage accreditation and customer audits.
**What you will bring**:
- Experience of working in a similar industry background advantageous.
- Trained Auditor to ISO9001:2015, minimum Internal Auditing but ideally Lead Auditing.
- Experienced Q-Pulse user.
- In the absence of any formal qualifications, practical Quality experience in a manufacturing environment would be a must.
- IT literate, comfortable with Microsoft office.
- Experience in use of Quality tools and techniques, would be advantageous. (PPAP, 8D, DFMEA, PFMEA and have a strong problem solving and analytical skillset)
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as creating detailed reports.
- Advance knowledge of MS Office Programs.
- Significant BMS/QMS experience.
- Understanding of the Business Processes interaction to form the BMS.
- Experienced in quality control and Assurance Principles and Techniques.
- Logical approach to Problem Solving.
- Knowledge of Q-Pulse Administration, including Web Client, Web Reporting and Audit Log.
- Ability to influence team members at all levels.
