**Hours**:

- Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9:00am - 4:00pm (a day in lieu owed for the Saturday)

**Role Summary**
- Booking in valuations with all efforts in securing instructions for a good first impression
- Providing honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Vendors & Buyers
- Following office procedures & policies
- Contribution and awareness of KPIs & targets
- Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market
- Window cards and branch material to be managed and rotated weekly
- Order EPC’s / required compliance
- Responsible for all aspects of new business including general touting for organic business growth and proactively ring thorough our database for business generation
- All pre & post follow up for appointments conducted
- Innovative idea contributions for canvassing material

**Person Specification**

- Has previous sales experience
- Wants to join a successful and growing business
- Looking for a challenging role that moves at a fast pace: no two days will ever be the same
- Has a natural selling ability
- Has a natural flair for dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer service
- Is articulate with strong negotiating skills
- Ideally has 1 years’ experience in a similar role
