If you have experience of working with children and their families and you are open to learning new methodologies and tools to support their development this is an exciting opportunity. The role requires someone who can manage their own workload and is adaptable to working at different times and locations to deliver services.

What does this role need from you?
- Experience of working with children and their families supported by at least an NVQ level 3 in a child related qualification.
- Flexibility to deliver support to clients during school hours, some evenings, and at weekends to be able to meet their needs.
- Have empathy with clients through your own professional or personal experience of grief.
- The ability and openness to learn and deliver The Grief Recovery method in 121
- Proven experience of managing your own case load or workload being able to manage priorities and react to change.
- Ability to effectively manage volunteers to deliver the charities mission. This will include attracting and recruiting volunteers, allocation of tasks, setting expectations, and supporting volunteer wellbeing and engagement.
- You will need to hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car for business use.
- Experience in administration and general office duties, such as the use of IT, Microsoft Office, and zoom.
- Confident and experienced in multiagency communications and working
- A good knowledge of child safeguarding and has experience in raising concerns of a safeguarding nature.
