Working from a home base you will be supporting valued clients in proactively handling and settling a technically complex caseload of third party Liability claims, typically of high value.
- Your portfolio of work will consist of a mixture of more complex employers' liability, public liability and potentially products liability, mainly on a cradle to grave basis.

**Applicant Requirements**:

- Seeking an experienced Liability Adjuster accustomed to handling EL /PL claims (injury and third-party property damage).

**Additionally, you will have/be**:

- Proven ability to handle an extensive and technically complex range of EL / PL and Product liability claims including claims involving third party property damage.
- Extensive experience of writing investigation reports
- Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
- Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting arena
- Understanding of Client SLA compliance/productivity/quality requirements
- Proven proficient working knowledge of scoping software and hand held device use.
- Good negotiation skills - for arranging appointments when required, alternative accommodation and explaining information when there is pushback on settlement
- To understand what matter to the customer and to put this first - putting yourself in their shoes
- Good IT skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Flexibility in travelling
