Location: Cambridgeshire

Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000 (DOE)

The role of the Estimator - Cladding & Facades will involve:

- Estimator position producing estimates for a high end range of cladding and façade systems such as: external wall insulation (EWI), flat roofing, roofing, rainscreen, curtain walling & windows
- Generate quotations from leads given by sales team
- Liaise with suppliers and clients to gain understanding of requirements
- Amending any costs / quotes as required
- Produce formal quotations for clients and follow up
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Inputting all relevant information onto internal database
- Ensure that workloads are prioritised to meet deadlines
- Producing estimates for projects ranging in value from £50k to £1.5m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Cladding & Facades experience with:

- Must have estimating experience within the cladding / façade market sector
- Ideally will have a sound knowledge of external wall insulation (EWI)
- Must have good technical knowledge of the cladding / façade / roofing industries
- Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Full UK driving license
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
