**Window to the Womb (windowtothewomb.co.uk) specialise in providing 2D and 4D scans to expectant parents. We are looking for a Clinic Co-ordinator for our well established, busy and popular clinic, set in Alton and serving families from here and beyond.**

Working with and deputising for the Area Manager, the role will involve taking a lead role in the clinic and coordinating the activities of a small team of staff. There will be the usual administrative duties including taking payments and completing paperwork but above all else we are seeking a mature and confident individual who is able to build rapport easily with our customers, handle challenging situations calmly and readily accept responsibility the smooth operation of the clinic and lead from the front.

**This will be a part time role and will involve working Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturday. Overtime will be avalible in other locations.**

**You will spend your working time helping to introduce parents to their unborn baby for the first time; it really doesn't get any better**

**Job Purpose**:

- Supporting the Area Manager and working autonomously.
- Coordinating the clinic team’s activities to optimise the customer experience by ensuring that standards of service
- Offering care and compassion
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Maintaining the highest levels of safety and monitoring compliance with all of our procedures and processes.
- Liaising with local hospitals in accordance with NHS pathways
- Offering upsales and completing marketing requests.

**Main Duties**:

- Take the lead role in the clinic and supervise the team to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- Welcome customers and visitors in person or on the telephone; answer enquiries.
- Take appointment calls and booking appointments. Take payments.
- Build rapport with customers by handling anxieties and answering questions
- Coordinate and lead the activities of the other team members by adopting a ‘lead from the front’ attitude
- Ensure that the clinic is clean, safe and well presented at all times
- Maintains stock levels of key items by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with our processes and procedures
