We are Common. An independent venue, specialising in high-end cocktails, good beer & South American street food in Blackpool Town Centre

Part time positions available with immediate starts. We are looking for a vibrant personalities, who are eager to learn new skills, and have a love of Food & Drink Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- To serve guests in an efficient and timely manor
- To process both food and drink orders as needed
- To make drinks quickly and efficiently
- Ensure guests are having the best possible experience from start to finish
- Adhere to all cleaning and safety guidelines and standards
- Support and communicate with other members of the team to maintain a high standard of service

This role pays National Minimum Wage, with good tips on top. Free staff meals are provided on shift and a staff discount is available both on site, and at our sister venues Neighbourhood, Nomad bar, public bar and Dirty Blondes at all times.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £7.50-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
