**Responsibilities will include**:

- Enhancing the Technology team’s capabilities by implementing processes into our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system
- Capable of implementing and understanding the design and manufacture processes from concept through to production and beyond.
- Documenting within the company knowledge base and supporting user in the PLM System
- Being organised, reporting potential issues before they occur
- Identification and justification of appropriate additional PLM capability for wider business integration

**Required**:

- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with one of the aspects / tools of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) systems.
- Data management: Ability to manage and analyse data in a data-centric approach.
- Communication skills: Ability to clearly communicate with team members and stakeholders.
- Organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.

**Desirable**:

- Engineering experience: While not mandatory, experience in the engineering industry can be beneficial.
- Leadership skills: Experience leading technical projects can be a plus.
- Innovation and creativity: Willingness to embrace and champion new ideas.
- Attention to detail: Particularly in relation to data management and analysis.
