**Administration Apprentice / Office Junior Job Description**

This role involves assisting with general administrative support throughout the business with opportunities for specialisation and progression within the company. This is an opportunity to learn about the business as a whole and work with our team in supporting management and site operatives.

Previous administration/office experience is preferred but not essential.

Full training in our procedures and industry-specific software packages will be provided.

College courses will be supported if applicable.

**Personal Specification**:

- General IT skills and a high-level attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
- Clear communication skills and confidence in telephone calls (verbal & written)
- A confident, friendly manner & strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and an interest in office administration

Full-time 8.30am - 4.30pm

**Salary**: From £4.81 per hour
