The role:

- Manage and process customer orders for a number of SMEs
- Handle and investigate any order fulfilment or delivery issues
- Ensure customers are kept up to date on their order
- Process invoices and make sure any invoice related queries are raised and resolved
- Liaise with third-party logistic companies and provide updates to the client
- Raise credit notes
- Month-end stock reconciliation
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed efficiently and are adhered too as per client requirements
- Accurately input data onto relevant company systems
- Support colleagues and other departments when required

You:

- Previous experience in Supply Chain / Logistics
- A background in customer service and administration
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to handle customer queries in a polite and professional manner
- Works well under pressure in a busy environment
- Handle multiple tasks at one time to meet tight deadlines
- A good team player who can also work independently and use their own initiative
- Computer literate and can pick up new systems quickly
- Experience using MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised with good planning skills
