**UX/UI Designer - £45k + Benefits Package. Hybrid Working - Flexible - ideally onsite 1 day every 3/4 weeks. Cumbria. Permanent. T6/MN/18348.**
Mackenzie Jones have partnered exclusively with a hugely popular brand located in Cumbria.
The UX/UI Designer will be a key member of the Digital Operations & Development Team, helping to shape the future of their digital business.
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for developing the organisations Mobile App from the ground up - this will be a large-scale project, as well as ongoing development for the website and building prototypes etc.
**Role**:

- Champion, Lead & Support all UX/UI activities.
- UX/UI - Mobile App development.
- UX/UI design - drive optimisation for the User Experience.
- Undertake Digital UX design - supporting the day-to-day operational improvements & the Digital Development Roadmap.
- Optimisation of current User Experience & new UX development.
- Develop UX activities - improve the customer experience & drive the commercial performance of the website.
- UI/UX development - drive B2C & multichannel performance.

**Technical Skills / Experience**:

- UX/UI development experience.
- UX/UI development on Transactional Mobile Apps or Websites.
- Website Design, Construction & Management (including hosting, client-side/server-side dev) - have a good understanding.
- Photoshop, InDesign & Video Editing Apps.
- Wireframing - producing concept sketches & user flows.
- User Behaviour & principles of good User Centred Design.
- HTML, CSS, JS & other front-end technologies - hands on coding skills.
- 3rd Party Supplier management experience - partnering with external development teams.
- Windows & Mac environment experience.
- Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint etc.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Analytical mind-set & an approach based on data & logic.
- Creative, whilst being logical & practical.
- Judge which creative decisions - are likely to add value & boost Customer Engagement & Commercial response.
- Project Management skills - ability to coordinate multiple resources & projects/packages of work.
- Stakeholder Management/Engagement - build & nurture positive relationships.
- Ability to influence - disrupting to deliver a step change in performance.
- Ability to positively challenge & welcome feedback to drive self-improvement.
- Team Player - Collaborate & positive approach to teamwork.

**Desirable**:
Digital Analytics Tools i.e., Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics & Session Recording software.
