Salary - £21,000pa
Billion Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a well established law firm based in St Helens area, they are looking for a Conveyancing Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support in a very busy office setting.
Previous experience in legal conveyancing would be advantageous.
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive instructions from clients in regards to property, land and real-estate transactions.
- Prepare conveyancing documentation
- Prepare draft contract documentation.
- Liasie with clients, estate Agents, and solicitors throughout.
- Dealing with Enquires.
- Dealing with completion letters and accounts slips which will include post completion work, stamping and registration.
- Working hand in hand with a fee earner
- Sending quotes
- Answering calls
- Diary management.
- **Personal Specification**:_
- Possess excellent communication skills, internal and external, written, and vocal.
- The ability to always maintain professional conduct
- Time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and manner
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Literate with Microsoft packages
- Able to use initiative.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £21,000.00 per year
