Overview:
**Duties**:

- Assist with the admissions process from enquiries to admissions
- Provide information admission requirements, and deadlines
- Carry out service user assessments
- Maintain accurate records and file
- Build relationships with the hospitals and discharge teams and social workers to promote the home and it’s services
- Engage with families arrange visits for them to view the home and show them around the facility providing information and selling the service to include presentable and ready showrooms

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing demands.
- Proficiency in computer systems and database management.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
