**The Role**:
As the Finance Administrator at Dukes Barn, you'll play a pivotal role in our close-knit team, ensuring the smooth operation of our outdoor activity centre. From handling financial processes and maximising sales opportunities to coordinating staff training and overseeing general office administration, your hands-on approach is essential to achieving our charitable aims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage financial processes, including invoice and bill processing, petty cash, banking, payroll and bill payments.
- Maximise sales opportunities and foster client relationships.
- Coordinate staff training, onboarding, and HR tasks.
- Oversee general office administration to ensure efficiency.

**General**:

- Collaborate on timely reporting, successful fundraising, and optimising centre utilisation.
- Support monthly reporting and contribute to content creation for social media and our website.

**Desired Skills**:
Bring hands-on experience in finance administration, previous experience with accounts software is desirable, proficiency in MS Office, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
