**Salary: £24,000pa**
- Do you want to work in a vibrant and rapidly growing business? Due to growth here at Restore, we have an exciting and permanent opportunity for someone who is looking for not just “a job” but a career as an Apprentice Fleet Administrator at our site in Thurrock.
- We are looking for an Apprentice Fleet Administrator to assist the logistics team in the administration duties required to provide an effective and efficient service to clients and colleagues. There will be the need to support and travel to our site in Silvertown on occasion, therefore a driving licence would be beneficial.
- To take part in this apprenticeship, you must have GCSE Maths and English, not be part of any other education programme and have resided in the UK for the past five years.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overseeing the maintenance, inspection and repair of all vehicles in the fleet. This involves scheduling regular maintenance, co-ordinating repairs and ensuring all vehicles meet safety standards
- Maintaining accurate records of each vehicle in the fleet, including registration details, maintenance history and other relevant documentation. This helps in ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
- Managing fleet management systems and technologies to track vehicle location, monitor driving behaviour and improve overall efficiency
- Collaborating with suppliers, such as vehicle maintenance providers, fuel suppliers and insurance companies to ensure smooth fleet operations

**ABOUT YOU**
- Reliable and punctual with good time management skills
- Proven work experience as administrator
- Experience with software and databases
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Numerical, technical and IT skills with a great attention to detail
- Be prepared to take part in an apprenticeship training programme
