Job Description

**Salary**: Up to £26,000 + 30% shift premium

Location: Stonehouse

Renishaw has a vacancy for the position of Semi-skilled Manual Operator in the Machine Shop on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is the kitting and de‑kitting of machine tool carousels to support production.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manual kitting of Ramtic carousels whilst adhering to the quality standard, within the set time.- Basic inspection of completed parts in accordance with quality documentation.- Maintain the high standards of housekeeping in the working area.

Key requirements- The ability to demonstrate written and numeracy skills.- The ability to follow written and pictorial instructions accurately.- The ability to safely use a range of hand tools used during the kitting process.

Desirable requirements- A comprehensive knowledge of the Ramtic kitting process- Basic PC skills are required, although full training will be given to successful applicant.
