**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled Shift Supervisor to join our team. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing staff during their shift.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities on the shift
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Train and mentor staff members
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in food production.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines
- Hospitality background is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively

Pay: £12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
