Trainee Biomedical Scientist

**Key duties include**: Perform routine and specialist investigations in accordance with Path Links Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) The accurate analysis of samples using specialist instrumentation or manual techniques. Operation of accurate measuring equipment Assist the department in maintaining UKAS accreditation. Perform routine maintenance on complex, high value laboratory equipment Trouble shoot problems that arise during the course of the working day and rectify them, or seek appropriate assistance. Deliver practical training to MLA, BMA, Trainee and Registered BMS's.
