Job Opportunity: Experienced Vehicle Coach Builder

**Responsibilities**:

- Display your mastery in high-quality luxury vehicle conversions for Volkswagen Transporter vans, while adhering to Van Haven's exacting standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our Workshop team to conceive and implement innovative conversion designs and techniques, fostering continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of our conversions.
- Execute all necessary modifications, installations, and upgrades to transform standard vans into luxurious and bespoke vehicles, encompassing interior enhancements, audio-visual systems, electrical systems, and exterior styling.
- Ensure strict compliance with company standards and codes of practice, guaranteeing the highest levels of workmanship.
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and quality checks throughout the conversion process, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies to maintain superior standards.
- Provide expert guidance and technical support to the Workshop team, sharing your knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Foster close collaboration with all stakeholders to understand client requirements, offer technical advice, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the conversion journey.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive vehicle conversions, with a focus on Volkswagen Transporter vans.
- Strong expertise in various aspects of vehicle conversions, including interior conversions, pop tops, windows, electrical systems, audio-visual installations, and exterior styling.
- Proficiency in utilising a wide range of tools and equipment relevant to luxury vehicle conversions.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering high-quality work within established timelines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Dedication to maintaining a safe and organised workplace, adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
