We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Senior Associate Solicitor who is looking to take their next step towards Partnership within the Court of Protection team. We are seeking an individual who has their own client relationships and continue tonurture those relationships with a high level of service bespoke to their needs.

Are you already leading a team, coaching, mentoring and managing more junior staff members?

Ideally you will have significant experience in managing high value court of protection matters You will be working alongside the firms Clinical negligence team on large compensation matters. The team is highly experienced and advises on everything fromone-off property and affairs matters to managing a compensation award in the best interests of a client. Expertise in Statutory Will Applications is essential.
